Great restaurants and boutique shops just steps away. Siesta Key and Lido Key beaches just a 10 minute short drive away.

The studio overlooks a large private courtyard. Super convenient shared laundry room with washer and dryer on the ground floor. The Jasmin studio is on the second floor and has a small outside patio over looking the garden. There is a large patio area on the ground level.

There are two great local beaches Siesta Key and Lido Key Beach. Fantastic white sandy beach and clear, calm water with a couple of great spots to grab a cocktail and food. Plenty of free on street parking. 2 local beaches 10 minutes away including the world famous Siesta Key Beach! The worlds finest white sand made from 99% quartz! It is estimated that the sand on siesta key beach is millions of years old starting its journey in the Appalachian Mountains and flowing down from the rivers until it was eventually deposited on the shores of Siesta Key. Even on the hottest days the sand is so reflective that it feels cool under foot, it never gets hot as it has different chemical properties to regulate sand. This is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The powdery white sand, gentle breezes and the smell of the crystal clear water and make it paradise. At sunset there is a drum circle, you can participate or just watch the drummers and dancers, and have a great time!

Small cute city style neighborhood. Very safe, a few blocks from the hospital. Sometimes hear emergency helicopter landing. Set in between multi million dollar homes and restaurants and boutique stores. Some establishments have music playing till 10pm on weekends.

Easy walk to everything!

Inside the Jasmin Studio there is a door to a hallway that is always kept locked on both sides.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
